ASPIREDESIGNANDHOME.COM 47 46 SUMMER 2026 Goult, France home practice The former covered terrace is furnished with as much inten- tion as any room inside. GUBI chairs and a Carl Hansen & Søn table face a Maison de Vacances sofa, with tableware by Manufacture de Digoin, mirrors by Mathilde Labrouche and a pendant light by DCW completing the scene. Roux restored the original terracotta tile flooring and extended it around the pool, allowing the courtyard beneath the linden tree to dissolve seamlessly into the garden. The transition feels inevitable, which is precisely the point. In the distance, beyond the silver-leafed trees, lies the village of Goult.
